What billing or insurance information will I receive?
You will receive a detailed bill, and after your insurance has processed the claim, we will provide you with a monthly statement of your account.


How long will it take to get things settled with the insurance company?
It generally takes 45 to 60 days to receive payment from an insurance carrier.


Why am I getting bills from physicians?
Each physician who provides services will bill separately, including your primary physician, other conducting physicians, and consulting physicians.


I received a notice that my insurance company has paid on my bill. Do you know how they calculated their payment amount?
We will gladly share any information received from your insurance company. For specific details about insurance payments, deductibles, or co-payments, please consult your insurance provider.
